On presenting you a quotation we pay attention to any kind of wish you may have. Our aim is not to bargain prices, but to provide you with a serious offer according to the market and to your requests.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
BEFORE YOU ASK
FOR A RESERVATION

 

1.Please let us know by email, phone: name, surname of the referring person, phone number, e-mail address, number of persons, children, dates of the tour, general indication of available budget, complementary person you’d like to offer to groups (min. 10 people), and if you have any discount cards for museums.

2. If you are interested in “other services”, the quotation will be presented as follows: Cost of one or more hotels, of one or more restaurants, offer of tours, services requested (for example private car), plus further services.

As further services are meant:

  • INSURANCE – (TPL, luggage, accident, disease) compulsory for groups of 10 persons, and highly recommended for everyone. In case you decide not to subscribe for insurance you’ll be asked to sign a declaration in which our Guide will not be responsible for unpleasant events. We remind you that Italian Public Hospitals offer free of charge first aid service to anyone.
  • RADIO GUIDE SERVICE – easy to use, comfortable and light, these ear-phones connected to the Guide radio, will allow you to hear the explanations during the all tour avoiding waste of time. Obligatory for groups of 10 persons inside churches, museums, and palaces.
  • PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKETS – our itineraries are usually walking-tours, even though we suggest you to buy a 24 or 48 hours ticket to be used for quick movements by catching the underground/subway/tube/metro.
  • TICKETS RELATED TO THE TOUR – entry tickets for museums, churches, exhibitions

 

3. As per our policy, we offer you the same prices the providers apply, without any extra charge.

4. We will provide maximum 2 quotations for every request.

5. Traditionally, Client offers to the Tourist Guide a coffee during break time, and lunch in case of a full-day tour.

6. Be informed that it is necessary for us to buy entry tickets in advance, especially during high seasonal peaks; in particular for the Cenacolo (Last supper) 30/40 days advanced booking is requested or a bit of luck….for weekly group tours.

7. Payments will be done by bank transfer – the first reservation payment will include the cost of all tickets (net price), plus a 20% of the total amount as confirmation. The difference could be settled upon arrival. You will receive regular receipts for the total amount paid.

8. Once you decide to accept our offer, you’ll receive an e-mail and you may then do the payment by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the cost of the tickets could never be refunded.

9. Receiving our detailed program, you’ll find a meeting-point with our Guide at the time set. Please let us know whether you prefer to meet the guide at your Hotel.

10. Quotations are free of charge.
